What the app stores — and where

• Your settings (price area, grid company, supplier and markup, appliances, alerts, theme) live on the phone. Turn on backup and they also live in your own iCloud account, which only you can reach.
• Electricity prices and tariffs are fetched from Energinet's open API and cached on the phone so the app works offline. They are not about you.
• Your Eloverblik data access token — if you choose to connect your meter — lives in the phone's keychain. It is used solely to call Energinet and is sent nowhere else. You can delete it in the app under Settings → Elmåler.
• Your metered data (consumption and any solar export) is fetched from Eloverblik and stored on the phone. It does not leave it.

Who the app talks to

Only Energinet:

• Energi Data Service (energidataservice.dk) — electricity prices and grid companies' tariffs. These calls contain nothing about you; they ask for a price area and a time range.
• Eloverblik (eloverblik.dk) — only if you have connected your meter yourself, and only with your own token.

There are no third parties, no ad networks and no measurement tools in the app.

Purchases

The five-day forecast is a subscription. Apple handles the purchase through the App Store; the app never sees your name, your email or your payment details. It is only told whether a valid subscription exists.

Notifications

Price alerts are scheduled locally on the phone from prices it has already fetched. No push server is involved, and nobody knows what your thresholds are set to.

Your rights

Since no copy of your data exists outside your phone and your own iCloud account, there is nothing to request access to or deletion of from us. Delete the app and everything is gone. To remove only the meter access, delete the token in the app and revoke it at eloverblik.dk.

Children

The app is not directed at children and collects no information about anyone, at any age.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new date appears at the top of the page.
